We saw a lot of shared icon sets but most of them were bigger than 32px (even 100px actually). But the problem is that designers often need a lot smaller size of icons to use in web interfaces. So we decided that it would be rather helpful for our colleagues to have this set and that would be worth their appreciations/shares :)
