5 years ago when I was still getting into UX Design I found a template here on Sketch App Sources, which changed my way of working with UX dramatically. I was working on a project where I was picking the user journey as one of the methods from Double Diamond. After creating this journey I got a complete overview of my project and I was able to navigate back and forth in the journey to figure out what was the most important to put the focus on. I would say that user journeys and customer journeys, in my opinion, is the absolute most important method for optimizing experiences.
